Barbara "Bobbi" Leidenheimer

After a successful career in the tech industry, Bobbi decided to switch gears and join her daughter, Stephanie, to become a successful REALTOR®.  


She and her daughter are now the proud owners of DreamView Realty, for which she is also the Associate Broker. 


She has extensive knowledge and experience in real estate, and although she has deep family roots in Sierra Vista, she has travelled and lived all over the world. Bobbi is a kind-hearted people-person who prides herself in providing above and beyond service to her clients to give them the quality experience they deserve.


When Bobbi isn't busy helping her clients, she spends her free time travelling the world, collecting artwork, and enjoys cooking, storytelling, and spending time with her family.

Stephanie Leidenheimer

Stephanie is an active REALTOR® and the Designated Broker of DreamView Realty, which was established in 2022 with her mother, Bobbi. Stephanie quickly found success in real estate with her exuberant personality and uncanny ability to help clients discover exactly what they need, so they get exactly what they want. She is known to go the extra mile to meet the needs of her buyers and sellers, and while she has extensive knowledge of real estate, she specializes in residential and equine properties.


When Stephenie finds time in her busy schedule, she participates in a bowling league and enjoys spending time with her family, travelling, gaming, riding ATVs, and other outdoor activities.

Rebecca Dailous

Rebecca developed her love of real estate from a very young age, building dream homes for her dolls out of bookshelves and drawing house plans in crayon. After graduating from CSU Chico, and pursuing careers in Project Management and Education, she finally realized her dream and became a REALTOR®. She takes great pride in her integrity, enthusiasm, and strives to provide high quality, personalized service to every client with DreamView Realty.


When Rebecca isn't busy helping her clients realize their real estate dreams, she spends her free time with family, enjoys music, theatre, reading, trivia, and is a big fan of movies and TV.  She is also the Vice Chair of the City of Sierra Vista's Arts, Humanities, and Cultural Diversity Commission.

Melissa Siler

Melissa is a local, Southern Arizona native. Although she achieved success as a small business owner, she dreamed of working in real estate.  So, she decided to take the leap and began to gain knowledge of the business by performing clerical work at brokerages and eventually alongside the DreamView team as a Transaction Coordinator.  


In 2023, she achieved her dream of becoming a REALTOR® and attributes her success to communication, dedication, and transparency with the goal of turning her clients' dreams into reality with DreamView Realty.


When she's not busy serving her clients, she enjoys watching her boys play sports, loves to travel and experience new places with her family.

Yajaira Ruiz

Yajaira is an enthusiastic, bilingual, new REALTOR® with DreamView Realty who has had a fulfilling career of providing social services and counseling to children across the nation.  After many years of moving around the country as a veteran's spouse, she repeatedly experienced buying and selling homes.  After realizing she'd practically become an expert of the process, she decided it was time to utilize her knowledge and people skills and become a REALTOR®.  


Now, she specializes in helping both English and Spanish speakers in Southern Arizona navigate their way through the complicated journey of buying/selling homes.


In her spare time, she enjoys traveling, cooking, and spending time with her family.

Chance Mason

Chance Mason is a seasoned REALTOR® with DreamView Realty who brings 28 years of real estate experience and a reputation for honesty, integrity, and putting his clients first. Throughout his career, he has managed more than 5,000 rental units in property management and successfully owned and operated a construction company for five years, giving him valuable expertise in all aspects of real estate.

Known as a straight shooter and skilled negotiator, Chance is committed to helping buyers and sellers achieve the best possible outcome while providing straightforward advice every step of the way.

When he's not working with clients, Chance enjoys riding his motorcycle, exploring the outdoors, catching snakes, and embracing any adventure that comes his way.
