Getting started

How do I get started?

No. It’s a no-pressure conversation about what you want and what’s realistic.

Selling

How much is my home worth?

It depends on location, size, condition, recent comparable sales and the market today. Our free market analysis puts a number on it.

What should I do before listing?

Usually minor repairs, curb appeal, decluttering and staging key rooms. We’ll tell you which are worth it for your home.

How long will it take to sell?

Asking price, condition, location, current market conditions, and buyer demand are all factors. We make sure your home is priced competitively and is effectively marketed to sell faster.

Land and horse property

What should I check before buying vacant land?

Title, zoning, utilities, access and environmental factors. Water and terrain matter a great deal here.

What matters for horse property?

Acreage, water access, terrain and zoning. High desert terrain differs from the low desert, so local knowledge counts.
